Exchange Policy Details

Flexible Exchange Requests
We honor all exchange requests, regardless of the issue. You can request an exchange during delivery or contact us afterward by phone or email.

Free Exchange Delivery
We won’t charge you for the delivery of exchanged items—it’s free!

7-Day Exchange Window
Products are eligible for exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided they meet our return criteria.

Condition Requirements
Items must be in original, unused condition, with tags intact, undamaged, and packed in original packaging.

Price Differences

If the new item costs less, the balance will be issued as store credit.

If it costs more, you can pay the difference via card or cash on delivery.

Major cities: Up to 2 days

Other locations: Up to 5 days

Returns via Homedecoro Only
All returns and exchanges must be processed through Homedecoro.pk only. Items cannot be returned to the original brand’s retail stores.
